Anti-Glare Windshields

While riding my 08 Heritage this past weekend, I noticed alot of glare coming off the windshield. I was wondering if their is an anti-glare compound or substance that I can put on the windshield. What can I do to solve the problem, like with my autos, I bought a dashmat to solve the problem.

Re: Anti-Glare Windshields

Never heard of one, but be careful what you use on the shield, remember it's plastic, not glass and some things wil react on it and make a mess.

as glider has said be careful putting stuff on the screen, are you sure the glare is off the screen and not the chrome of the headlight/spots.
You may want to look at a tinited Memphis shades screen as i have not seen one from HD

Re: Anti-Glare Windshields

I had this same problem on my Deluxe. I came around a curve one day and almost ran off the side of the road due to the glare. I had to have my windshield trimmed 2" to fix this problem. Are you looking through your windshield or are you looking over it? It should be trimmed to be even with your nose. Hope this helps you out.

Re: Anti-Glare Windshields

I am looking over the windshield, but when I do look through the shield I notice that the is coming off the Heritage dashboard. I was told that they make a tape or something like that to put over the dashboard.
