Parts Swapping
I want to make a few changes to my stock 1996 FLSTF down the road. Want to look for bargains on second hand parts. How can I tell if the model and year parts I might find are a correct application and fit for my bike? Is there an easy way?

Re: Parts Swapping
I've seen books called "what fits what" somewhere along the line. Maybe do a search on the internet for them.
Something along these lines. Amazon.com: What fits what on Harley-Davidson, 1936 thru 1981: Parts interchangeability and performance modifications: Mike Arman: Books I found that with a google search by entering "what fits what harley parts"
