Sorry about faulty language, won't happen again.

I read the link above still unable to retrieve my PIN.

How do I know if I have a "push" fob or "smart" fob?.

the Smart Fob has no buttons its just a 1/2" thick disc
the button fob has a grey button in the center

I get that too. And sometimes when I am sitting on bike with smart Fob in my pants pocket, alarm will go off. I was thinking maybe battery was weak.

It happens to more than a few bikes like that. I have had it happen on mine a few times and I carry the FOB on a belt chain. I think it's the nature of the beast.
