I think you'd be OK on the front fender. Harley sells a "FL Softail Clean Front Fender" in their 2012 P & A catalog, item 59054-96, that fits "86-later FLSTC, FLSTN, and FLSTF models."
Dennis Kirk sells a lot of fenders, and they usually have their various dimensions listed. Klockwerks is one shown and their Benchmark front fenders for Softails (except the Deuce and springers) fit 84-11. Can't help on the rear fender, don't have a softail to compare. You might have to go down to a dealer with a tape measure. Good luck.
