when i spoke to them they said that the TFI will work with stock set ups and then can be easily adjusted to match the new pipes and intake

Thanks Hobbit, I know I can get the TFI first and faster than the rest, part of me say "just wait 'til the rest comes" and other part say "don't let it sit in the box, it's belong in the bike".

You guys just don't sleep at all !. ;0).

your right on the sleeping bit im also in the UK so min 5hrs ahead, personally i would do it all at the same time and then really reap the benefit, but if you want to fit it the bike will love you as it will fuel better even stock than the lean EPA set up stock bike and run cooler

Yes you can, there's an improvement on a completely stock bike also, just use the settings for stock and readjust them when you add the parts.
