yes for a Wot run you would expect it to dip to 12.x i did say that in second post but for most cruising 13.x is good .. but usually the tuners are not adjusting the wot as thats a different setup in the computer and it hits that on its own at least ist supposed to ..

The AFR line is *very* flat throughout the range.

Yes, I was actually replying to entry point #7 when you came in with #9. You read my mind! Hoop! To know if that is Good or Bad you need to know what the "desired" A/F ratio map looks like. If the "desired" A/F radio WAS 13.4 across the RPM spectrum, then your V/E table is near perfect. If the "desired" A/F ratio was something other than 13.4, your V/E map needs to be modified. Nice smooth AFR line looks about 13.2 little twitchy at 2k-2500
