Check the accessory fuse in the fuse panel and all the others while you are in there with a test light, if nothing is blown, go to the hi/low switch and check for power there.

Re: Low Beam Question
Again, any mods done?Handlebars,risers,A/M lights etc.Any of these would have changed the bikes origional wireing position.Possibly causing chaufing,a pinched wire, or stress on the pigtail plug.
