Don't know anything about this site but they have the manuals you can download for the 2004 Softail. Hope it helps.

Doubt you can find one for free. $39 for all three manuals is a good deal, I gave $56 for
just the service manual in 2002 when the bike was new.

factory manuals are the way to go - the free down load sites got shut down by the MOCO, we had the same issue, but we just removed the down load section and all was good

You can go on ebay and there is a person that sells CD's of a verity of manuals and they are dirt cheap. I got one for my 2007 Heritage and only paid $5.00 with shipping. Great Deal
