08 Rear Header(for Rocker) Vs. 07 Rear header (on FXST)

I have a set of 08 Rocker headers and mounting hardware, It fits my FXST if I use the mounting hardware, but the mapping of the pipes are a bit different (just the rear header). My question is will this matter if I put the Rocker header on?? I like the look better and the heat shield on my rear header is scratched up a bit.

Thanks,

No, maybe I used the wrong word with 'map' maybe shape? They are roughly the same length, I think the rocker may be a small bit longer..here are links of pictures of both to help you out.. I have the rocker exhaust headers, they are either that or ones off an 09 Softail Springer 110 cu. in.(Catalict converter is in the pipes NOT the headers just as an FYI).

Even for just the headers? I though headers were just hollow pipes leading to the mufflers? Is thier more to the headers then I can see? I know I can blow air threw them and they sound hollow...
