Bike is as in signature...I am looking for a mild upgrade cam set. Also, cam drive recommendations...
I do not want to upgrade valve springs. I am not going to upgrade the jugs etc. I am going to stop at performance cams... I truly love this bike and it's performance but, I cannot leave well enough alone and upgrading cams seems like a good play from where I am... ![]() S/F Bill 2008 FLSTC. Re: Camshaft Upgrade Advice...
check the specs on all the cams you want to fit - ensure they are bolt in and do not requrie you to alter the heads - some do.
Check out SE from HD if you go to the website they give you the specs on the cams also check out Andrews as they do bolt in cams also choose carefully think were you want the power do you wrist snapping bottom end or more in the top - more in the top will help with better heads but if you keep it lower down the rpms you can keep the stock heads. Cams move the power band around the rpm range and beef it up in certain areas
