Wow, that is so wrong. But it's typical. They always want to take away our guns. I live in Philadelphia, PA and they want to make their own laws that go against the states laws. Totally Illegal. Can't imagine how we are gonna protect ourselves if we let these people get in office. I especially don't like the part of doing away with permits to carry which is my Mr Law abiding citizen's first line of defense against the gun toting criminal who has illegal gun and no permit. Let's enforce the laws we have now and get these criminals off the street. The last thing we need is more laws and restrictions to limit our ability to protect ourselves and our families!

I am going to stock up. If Obama is elected, you won't be able to get anything unless you get the number 666 on you. You will need those guns then, because his people will be out gunning for you.

MILWAUKEE (AP) - Barack Obama said Friday that the country must do "whatever it takes" to eradicate gun violence following a campus shooting in his home state, but he believes in an individual's right to bear arms.

Obama said he spoke to Northern Illinois University's president Friday morning by phone and offered whatever help his Senate office could provide in the investigation and improving campus security. The Democratic presidential candidate spoke about the Illinois shooting to reporters while campaigning in neighboring Wisconsin.

The senator, a former constitutional law instructor, said some scholars argue the Second Amendment to the Constitution guarantees gun ownerships only to militias, but he believes it grants individual gun rights.

"I think there is an individual right to bear arms, but it's subject to commonsense regulation" like background checks, he said during a news conference.

You guys have more gun deaths in a day in one major city than we do in our whole country in a year, but you all feel you need guns to keep safe. How does that work?

But, like I've heard many times, it is too late to change things.

If McCain gets elected you'll be running down the street with your guns because you will not be able to afford the gas to do a "drive by". But then again, you may need your guns so you can hunt for food... But what do you expect from someone that thinks anyone that makes $5,000,000 or less a year is in the middle class.
