Marriage for a green card
Federal officials are cracking down on sham marriages all across the US. They say that a marriage ring to help immigrants from Africa is suspected of operating all through US. This was discovered when a woman went to a GA county clerk to get a copy of her marriage license and was informed her husband was married to 8 other people. Thoughts anyone? What does the government need to do about this?

If they get caught doing it as a scam then punish them, but if they really in love o.k. Really that was a stupid answer, lol. How you know if someone really in love or not? They should find a new way to get a green card legal way.

This is bad ,can't they crack down on them any harder and maybe just not let people marry illegals to start with? This has been on t.v. for years, i remember seeing it on Martin a long time ago. Seems it is just getting worse.

i think it is all lumped into the problem of the government failing to enforse our immigration laws across the board. The key word in the phrase illegal immigrant is not immigrant, it is illegal, if i break a law I would have to accept my punishment, where is theirs?
