Does Anybody Know What The "handlebar Filler Valves" Are???

Im trying to determine if the handgrips that I just bought really works in my scoot.

I have a street glide 2006, and bough a handgrips compatible with any 00-07 touring but WITHOUT HANDLEBAR FILLER VALVES, and I just do not know what the (edit) are these valves.

Thanks in advance!!

It should be the air valve for front forks on the models that have that

Just for the record: the SG'06 does not have them and my grips fit great.

They haven't used the handlebar air fill in at least 10 years, I believe it is closer to 15. The bagger air fill used to be in the right handlebar for the front suspension.
