Synthetic Oils In New Motors - 880 days old
There's been much talk over this subject. Truth being that there are a lot of manufacturers that use synthetic oil right from the factory in new motors, some of which are listed below. Changing Your Oil (drain plugs) - 868 days old
Here's a few pics for anyone that is going to change their own oil instead of going to the dealer for service. I would advise getting a service manual for the proper torque and other info.

HD Leaking Oil Cooler Adapter Fix - 880 days old
Oil cooler adapters will leak when the adapter rotates with an oil filter change. If the two parts rotate, even the tiniest bit, the clamped rubber gasket will leak.

When extreme overheating situations exist, oxidation is rampant. The only cure for oxidation is changing the oil. Extreme heat indicates the need to change your oil more frequently.
