I was considering a K&N on my 03 Road King mainly because of the nut on the end. Their reply to my micron rating question:
"Thank you for your interest in K&N products. At this time we do not have the micron ratings available. However, I can say that our filters protect your motor just as well if not better than our competitors’ oil filters. Our media allows for high flow rates while protecting your motor against harmful dirt and debris.
