FNG from Central Florida

Just checking in...

I bought a 2004 Road King Police (FLHP/I) in April of 2008 with 23,000 miles on it. So far, it has been a good bike, except for the motor makes all kinds of noise (like misadjusted valves or something).

Me? I am just a 31 yr old guy who works all over the State of Florida. I am from the Daytona Beach area, but hardly ever there. Most of my time is spent in hotels all over the state doing my job, which is known as Test & Balance. It's a good job, and I work for a great company.

Howdy , welcome to the forum. First thing I would do is an oil change if you haven't done it already with a quality synthetic oil like Mobile 1 V Twin to see what happens with the noise.

Welcome neonhomer, 5 minutes at a dealer will tell you if your sound is normal.
I recently found this awesome site as you have.
Most of my questions were answered with the "Search" without posting.

FNG= Florida Neon Guy?
