It's Been a Long Road

I'm the new dog in the hood so figured I better check in with the pack to see what's up. First bike, 1974 Kawi 750 Triple 2-Stroke, Purple. Last bike, 08 Ultra, Black Pearl. Bought last week. Then there were all those others in between. This new ride is sooooooo damn comfortable, I'm afraid I might take a snooze with the cruz on and listen'n to my favorite CD. So I figure I better get on with the Stage 1 asap and put a little "wake-up" on this unit . So that's why I'm here. To look, learn, listen, and hopefully contribute. See ya around.

Re: It's Been a Long Road

Thanks for the warm welcome! Think I'll move on over to the Touring forum to get some more 411 on Stage 1. I went down to the "shop" today to hang out and talk to bike owners as they pulled in. Met some great people that were more than happy to tell me about there bikes and mod's. I strongly suggest this MO for anyone wanting good accurate info. I was able to see a lot of different Stage 1 upgrades, talk to the owners, listen, look and learn. All for free and made some new friends. To each, his own. One thing for sure is that whatever some guys have is what they will tell you is best, so look listen and learn and go your own way. My cents. As of now I'm leaning towards Rinehart or Bub 7's / Duels with a Ness Big Sucker and a PC III, no Dyno for now, maybe later. Later.
