Trying to out run the cops
A biker was riding his motorcycle down the highway when he noticed blue lights and sirens behind him. Instead of pulling over, he cracked the throttle and attempted to out run the policeman. The policeman kept up. So the biker cracked the throttle a little more but the policeman was still on his tail. Finally, the biker realized he was pushing 100 mph and decided he’d better stop and deal with the consequences, thinking to himself that he was 75 years old and trying to out run the cops. What was he doing? The officer approached the biker and asked him why he was going so fast. The biker didn’t answer. The policeman then said you know what? Today may be your lucky day, if you give me reason for your speed that I haven’t heard before, I’ll let you go, it’s the end of my shift and I want to go home. Well, said the biker, 25 years ago, my wife left me for a policeman and I thought you were trying to bring her back.
Happily married for 27 years so please don't take offense ladies... |
