This was a christmas present for our ten year old. She enjoys it immensely. Have only been able to use it in the basement due to snow, but it works like a charm. We have had no difficulty with it.

This was a gift for my grandson (12 years old). He loves it and can now jump hundreds of times. But it is not suitable for older, heavier people.
