Way better than Ronco brand. The Nesco beef jerky spice is really great and so easy to use. I use my dehydrator at least twice a month and had no problems so far.

This dehydrator does everything I would like a dehydrator to do. It's versatile and provides very even heating throughout all levels. If it only had a timer, it would be ideal.

Awesome Product!

I absolutely love the Nesco dehydrator. My old dehydrator had heat coils on the bottom and this one has the heat and fan on the top of the trays. The food dehydrates much faster and you don't need to switch trays around to get an even drying. I use this almost every day and I hope to be hitting the hiking trail, kayak trail and canoe trail very soon and be equipped with light-weight, healthy food! Thanks for making such a great product!

Excellent way to start

I was looking to expand my business (Pawfectly Healthy all natural homemade dog treats) into dehydrated fruits and vegetables. After researching for some time I decided on the Nesco FD75PR model. It was the right decision. The dehydrator is light weight, easy to clean and very quiet to run. The instructions and simple receipes make it an easy way to make healthy treats not only for the dogs but for humans too. It didn't take long to master Bananas and apples. I plan to expand on the testing of other fruits and vegetables soon. I would recommend this as a great starter system.

good dehydrator

i am new to dehydrating anything but so far i have had no problems with this machine it does what it says and its not very loud.i do have one gripe...no on/off switch.i dont really understand why this would not be on anything but oh well it does dehydrate and it does that well so why am i complaining.good price and good results.
