Who could live without this!
By M. Eusebio (New York)  |  March 15, 2010
This machine is the greatest thing invented. I ordered this machine for my office, and everyone uses it. Its easy to use, it makes great coffee. I would highly recommend purchasing the other coffee filter piece, so that you can also brew your own coffee. Sometimes the K-cups get a little pricey. Overall this is a great product, amazing quality, and very easy to use. Clean up is a breeze.

Fantastic Product w/ Great Customer Service
By ZaZosMom (South Central PA)  |  March 11, 2010
I bought the B40 at Christmas time and it makes the best coffee ever. I've been a loyal Bunn user for 20 years and I have to say that this beat the Bunn hands down! The coffee is just full-bodied, hot and ready in an instant. In early March, it wouldn't power on. I called Keurig at 10:45pm (and they are in!) and within 5 minutes, the CSR said she would send out a brand new unit...they didn't require any paperwork, proof of purchase or return of the old unit! I received a shipping notification 1 hour later and received the replacement in 2 days! I love companies who stand by their product and do the right thing by their customers! You will not be disappointed with this coffee and if you are unfortunate enough to get a model that isn't working properly (there are several people who have had problems with theirs), you can count on Keurig to stand behind their product.

Zero for two
By Curtis C. Hainds (Colorado)  |  March 3, 2010  | 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have received two brewers and both have been defective. The first worked about 3 days and then didn't complete the brew cycle, leaving about a half inch of water in the cup. Keurig replaced it with little fuss. The second brewer lasted about two weeks with a similar failure, but not quite the same. The third unit is on it's way, but needless to say, I have wasted too much time on this problem already and this will be the last.

Perfect for work
By E. Menzies  |  March 1, 2010
I ordered this brewer because I simply couldn't stand the free coffee in our office and was tired of paying more than $2/cup at the cafe upstairs. Now I get whatever flavor and strength of coffee I want (they even make half-caf K-cups!), as many cups as I want, for between 30 and 45 cents each. The brewer is the perfect size to fit on the desk in my cube and it brews quietly enough that no one can tell when I'm using it (we do have a white noise machine which probably covers up some of the brewing noise); I have not had any of the shaking/vibrating problems that some people have experienced. At least three of my friends have bought their own Keurig after using mine. Can't say enough good things about it - I love it!.

A few days in, so far so good.
By C. Tom (Bellevue, WA)  |  February 28, 2010
I have had the B40 for several days now and am enjoying it so far. I have used it twice a day without any problems. It brews up a good cup of coffee and am still working on finding my favorite K-Cup. Enjoying the Extra Bold varieties in the 9.25oz setting. No issues with noise or any other complaints for that matter. Will update this review after I have more time using the B40.
