A simple but classy (read: Elegant) case for your Kindle. It is extremely lightweight. The material is the finest leather, buttery soft. How good is it? Good enough to fool a lot of folks who have seen mine. They asked if I got it at Coach (it's that great looking!)
Hinges cracked case

I also bought this case and my kindle faceplate is cracked over both hinge attachment openings. I just emailed Amazon ... dont know what the outcome will be since I am out of the 30 day window but still in the 1 year warranty period.
I would definitely warn everyone to buy a different type cover ... this was probably an unforeseen problem but it nevertheless is a serious problem.
Buyer beware! Caused 2 kindles to crack!

This cover caused my first kindle to crack around the bottom prong that inserts into the kindle. Since it happened within the first 30 days, Amazon sent me a new kindle with no problem. Because I didn't know what caused this I put my second kindle into the same case and now this kindle is cracking in the same place! I'm reading in the reviews this has happened to others. Don't chance it, get another case!

This cover is attractive, and appears to be well made. I especially like the three points of attachment of the Kindle: the normal attachment point as well as the elastic bands that fit over the outside corners. So far, so good.
