The inside grey cloth is separating from the leather where the main spine is. The upper latch is hard to use, it's stiff and doesn't seem to stay in place. I found the Kindle slipping out all the time and kept having to re-adjust it. Other than that, it's a decent cover.

The first thing I wanted to do when I got my Kindle (besides doing some reading) was to protect it. I did some research and decided on the M-Edge Go. I ordered the smooth version in black ... it has the appearance of a day planner when sitting on the table. The leather has a good feel in your hands and the case sits flat on your Kindle. Opening and holding it has the feel of holding a book which i like. The Kindle sits very securely inside. Attached on one side by a hinge that inserts into the Kindle, and two elastic loops that hold the outer corners down. At first I thought there was a manufacturing defect because it appeared that one corner wasn't attached as secure as the other .... as if they forgot to glue it down ... but soon realized this was an intentional pocket made to accomodate a light for night reading. Overall I love this jacket and consider it a great asset to my Kindle.

Have had for one month and it is already showing wear. Cover pushes on keys when closed. Zipper would have been good.

Everyone should have a cover for their Kindle. This cover is solid, well build and easily portable. However it does carry some weight. It helps the Kindle create the illusion of a bound book and carries an M-Edge booklight nicely.
