Pictures should be shown to European subscribers too
By A. Nielsen (Denmark)  |  February 13, 2010  | 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Definitely a good newspaper, even though there is only one picture on average in each issue. However, if the Financial Times, The Indie, New York Times or any other newspaper of approximately the same quality begins to show more pictures, I would definitely switch.

What I've been waiting for
By C. Stardancer (Northern CA USA)  |  February 9, 2010  | 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have relied on BBC for many years for international news coverage. I have, however, longed for the more in-depth coverage that can be represented in an excellent newspaper. As I live in a rural area such newspapers have been prohibitively expensive and untimely. The International Herald Tribune solves all these problems with well-selected news and well-written editorials.

Concise format is perfect for Kindle
By Kevin J. Hickman (London)  |  February 4, 2010  | 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I've tried a number of newspapers and I have found the IHT to be the best suited to the Kindle. It's concise enough to be browsable in an hour, and gives me a sufficient overview of what's happening in the world every day. It's also cheaper than many other newspapers!

Very good newspaper if you don't subscribe to NY Times
By Balan Tholandi (San Deigo, CA USA)  |  February 3, 2010  | 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I like this news paper and format. But I also subscribe to New York Times print edition and this paper (owned by NY Times)repeats several articles that appears in NY Times. If you are not NY Times subscriber it is definitely worth it.

My Favorite So Far
By Veronica Ashline (Seattle, WA United States)  |  February 3, 2010
I have tried out several newspaper subscriptions on Kindle, and I think that The International Herald is the one I will come back to. The format of the newspaper makes it easily transferable to Kindle readers. I enjoy that some of the articles have images, unlike other newspapers for Kindle. This subscription comes in the evening, so you can read the news in bed!
