Very good!
By DC (MD)  |  January 18, 2010
If you normally like PopTarts, try switching to these so you'll at least get some fiber in your diet! They are quite good, I was surprised.

I've only tried this flavor so far, since it seems to be the most popular.

Actually taste good!
By A. Arnold  |  February 3, 2009
I like Fiber One, so I thought I would try this. The chocolate ones are fine, but the brown sugar cinnamon ones are a lot better! Yes, they are pretty high-calorie, but you have to get your calories one way or another and this is a good way to do it. If you like Pop Tarts, try these.

Great no transfat "poptart"
By F. B. Craig (CA, USA)  |  November 14, 2008
Every since I learned about transfat, I look for the word "hydrogenated" in everything I buy. The label may say 0 transfat, but legally they can say that if it is less than 1/2 a gram of transfat per serving. My son checks the poptarts every time he accompanies me to the market. How excited we were to discover Fiber One toaster pastries with NO transfats! Best of all, my son said they tasted just like Poptars.

The perfect breakfast on the go...
By J. Bidlack (Columbus, Ohio)  |  October 29, 2008
These pastries are exactly what I expected when I saw the box in the local Target. They taste great and offer a LOT of fiber... 40% for 2 (there are 3 packages of 2). Granted, the calorie count is not as low as what I would normally search out (190 per pastry). However, my overall impression is that this is exactly what I need in the morning to get me going and the fiber that I have not had in the past. Also, the price at the local Target was just under two bucks.
