This is really great for cold weather. Stays in place, keeps baby warm, and reasonably priced.
'Universal' it is NOT - doesn't fit Techno XT

I bought the so-called 'universal' footmuff for my Techno XT, but there is no way to attach it securely. Since I"d washed it on arrival, I couldn't send it back. I contacted Maclaren, who have so far sent me some nonsense email about how it it's designed to be attached with the 5-point harness rather than with poppers...no, it is not! There is only 1 slot near the bottom, no other holes for the harness..and it does have 2 poppers on each side. But on this stroller, there is no way to attach even one of these poppers..so it's unusable. Now I've learned from other parents that the 'Bundle me' by JJCole is the thing to use instead. BIG waste of money.

Maclaren had a great idea with the footmuff but the product itself needs work. The footmuff requires so much effort to get on and off, I find myself not using it at all. Also, it's long enough so that the bottom can easily touch the ground - not good. I think that with a little refinement, Maclaren will have a terrific product on their hands. I'd recommend skipping this product.

Bought the pink one for my quest charcoal and pink stroller and absolutely love it! will not drag on the ground like a blanket might, is very soft and durable. I am excited to try it out in Moscow, Russia-if it can withhold that cold, it will be perfect anywhere in the US.

This is a very soft and snuggly little muff. Also very cute. Baby is comfortable and warm and it fits great on the Maclaren. I think it will also fit my Bob and Chicco strollers, too.
