I really like the feel of the gloves, plus they serve my needs while riding.

Not for biking...? Still awesome!
By Hollyanne Taylor  |  June 19, 2009
I bought these for my fiance for his birthday. I was a little hesitant because they have padding in the palm and we live in Texas and he doesn't ride motorcycles. I always remember when I was a kid that my father's bike riding gloves always had A LOT of padding in the palm, so I was afraid he wouldn't have any dexterity in his hands while wearing them. I was wrong. They're perfect. The leather is thin and breathable enough that he won't regret wearing them in the summer months, and the padding in the palm, while sufficient for cushion if one were to put weight on one's hands, is not so much as to hinder him from...say...opening a water bottle.

He is pleased, and I am as well.

Good product, does the job quite nicely

These gloves are not the toughest or greatest ones in the market but do the job quite well. These are thinner than other ones I've purchased. I've ordered this brand several times for myself and friends and I've noticed they are never exactly the same..? Beware of the holes on your knockles and over your hands, on a sunny day you'll get some nasty looking burns. Overall these are the ones I usually use when not subjected to long trips or extreme exposure to the sun.

Different than what I am used to.
By Lucas Reeder (Akron, Ohio United States)  |  July 11, 2006  | 9 out of 9 found this review helpful
I always thought these kind of gloves were cool, so I decided to purchase some. These in particular are thicker due to the padding on the inside of the palm, which will no doubt insure better longevity, not to mention be ideal for motorcycle riding. They ship fast, so be ready for them.

As for me, I am used to the unlined kind, which make for better dexterity, but deteriorate quicker. So these gloves are different than what I am used to, but nevertheless are of good quality.
