Customer Reviews:
Not bad, for the money.

Got the headsets installed into the helmets and they are just next to un-noticeable. The mic brushes against my lips in my HJC IS-MAX, but there is plenty of room in Ali's helmet. No riding experience yet in them, but the sound is crystal clear and seems fairly loud. My main gripe so far is everything about the system *feels* cheap and like it would be easily broken. I don't know if these feelings are valid or not yet, but I hope they aren't.
Installation into the helmets was incredibly simple. I had planned on taking pictures of the process, but honestly it was so quick and easy I just went ahead and put them in. It's all hook-and-loop with a pretty sticky adhesive that I don't quite trust. Since the system is all installed under the liner, though, I'm not worried about it.
The radios themselves are damn confusing. It's the main thing I had read in all the reviews and figured it wouldn't be too bad, just read the instructions. WRONG. I still have trouble TURNING THEM ON. Hold the power button for 3 seconds sounds easy enough, but the thing beeps, lights turn on and off, the LCD blinks and before you know it, you can't tell if the radio is on, off, or in standby mode. I need to go through the manual again and try to solidify the controls in my head to make sure I don't kill these things halfway through a ride.
Overall, I think these deserve a 3-4 star review and are worth the money, as long as you know what you are getting into.
Lousy sound makes them useless

Got these because they seemed good for the price. Got the full face helmet set up as well. The speakers that you attach to the inside of the helmet are just plain garbage - the only time we could hear each other (riding on two different bikes) was at a stop; anything more than a few mph and we couldn't hear anything despite turning things up as best we could. Earplugs would work but there is no set up for this. Without sound, might as well not have this as I could get the same thing from a cheap set of walkie-talkies from WalMart. This could truly be a very nice and inexpensive set up if Nady could fix the sound issue but, until they do, I definitely could not recommend this unit.

So frustrating. Test at home and they work fine... then beep beep beep for no reason? We sent back twice and got a new radio, but found the problem in the connection at the head set. So far we went through 4 head sets and all had problems with the wires braking in the plug. Sometimes when they worked it was great. Also there are too many buttons for functions and you can not adjust volume easily, so if it's just a short distance and you don't put in ear plugs the volume is set too loud.

Nady MRC - 11 X 22 Channel Bike to Bike radio. We bought three of these radios to use while riding our Yamaha Tmax YP500 motor scooters. They are not the top of the line bike to bike radios but again they didn't cost five hundred bucks either. You will need to read the instructions over a few time to get all the little tricks it takes to appreciate these radios. The Nady for the money is the best deal out there and having the ability to talk to others while riding is very reassuring and safer while riding. At highway speeds on the Interstate they are useless because of the noise from other vehicles and wind plus the electrometric static from the engine. Riding on two-way roads in the mountains or light city traffic is where these radios work best. These also function well as walkie talkies for camping and hiking. They have their limitations, but for the cost they are great and we would recommend them to anyone considering a less expensive commutation system.

Just received 2 units, only took about an hour to install both headsets and route the wires on the bikes. Excellent sound quality, everything worked perfectly. Didn't give it 5 stars because we've only used them on 1 short ride, but both units cost less than just 1 of the other communicators on the market.
