Beveridge (Cleveland, OH) \| March 16, 2010 Jeff Kinney, Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days (Amulet, 2009) Greg Heffley is back and wimpier than ever in this fourth installment of the wildly popular Diary of a Wimpy Kid series. Summer is often seen as a time of whiling away the days with your friends and doing all sorts of fun things. That is, when you're an adult and looking back through nostalgic glasses. Kinney remembers what summer was really like, and gives us a faceful of it through the adventures of Greg, Rowley, and their families. While there are a few things I wish would have been tweaked (we need more Fregley!), this has been my favorite book of the series to date.
