Cool Re: Anyone Carry while riding

IMHO the state governments should enact a law that every person over the age of 21, and not convicted of a felony, be trained in the correct use of a handgun and upon completion of an approved safety course, be issued a CCW permit. You wouldn't be required to carry, but it sure would give criminals pause knowing that there is a good possibility that their victims will be armed and that many bystanders will be armed also.

The Ruger P45 series make a nice little carry gun with a BIG hole in the end of the barrel...

I could not agree more with you.Sure would cut down on the number of thugs
walking the streets and the cost of keeping them in prison.

I carry a glock 26 nice small gun. I use what is called the in the waistband holster, you can not see the gun even with my shirt tucked in, works great. just like your credit card.....don't leave home without it.

I carry all the time or it's in the bike. Feels like I'm not fully dressed without it.

I've been a cop for over 30 years now, and so, of course I always carry a handgun with me. If people are careful, think gun safety, they won't usually have any problems with law enforcement. I treat everyone I come into contact with as though they were armed all the time. Makes for much more polite conversations!

Gun Safety rules.
1. The gun is always loaded
2. NEVER point the gun at anything you don't want to kill
3. PRACTICE!!!!
4. The gun is always loaded, even if you saw me unload it! CHECK IT YOURSELF!

I could go on and on, but you get the idea. Guns don't kill people, evil and stupid people kill people!

pahunter, check Chiefs Supply in Oregon...I can't remember the website, but you can google it. they've got a great selection. Ask for Suzi Clapp, she's the sales rep that helped me.

Usually a Glock 9 on my side and a Kel Tec 380 on my ankle. Depending on where I'm going.
