got a Walther PP also and had it converted to 380 by gun nut buddy. Its been converted for atleast 15 years now and other than loosing one round in the mag. it shoots fine. It would hold 7 rounds before and 6 after. only other mod was a stronger recoil spring. kinda heavy compaired to other models but works great for me.

It looks like a North American Arms Guardian, most likely a .25 acp.
