Suggestions for the proper winter storage of your bike.

I have this unit and I've never seen anything like it. Protective Film Removal - 269 days old
I find that some heat applied removes the clear protective coating well followed by some adhesive remover or WD 40 if there is any residue left, followed by a coat of wax.
