Customer Service

Considering that Harley doesn't have a 800 number or email contact address so customers can contact them when a problem arises, here's the only contact information that they have.

Be prepared to sit on hold for a lengthy time waiting to get very little results. Been there done that.

Re: Customer Service

If you e-mail Harley they will e-mail you back that they will not comment on a specific motorcycle just general. I have one of these in my archives. They refer you back to a dealer.

Re: Customer Service

Actually I have had excellent response If I had any isses or questions regarding my bikes. I had a warranty issue with my 07 with poor response from the dealer (Rebublic) and they were able to resolve it for me
