Many questions have been asked about the use of Pledge on the bikes. Just to clarify it and keep it handy as a reference, here's what you can use it on.

It can be used on paint, chrome, windshields, rims or any other hard surfaces requiring cleaning and shining but some common sense areas like brake rotors etc. should not get pledge...

Re: Pledge Uses

Mustang Seats recommend that you use Pledge to seal the seems. The wax waterproofs the seems, just be careful as it makes the vinyl slick also.

Re: Pledge Uses

A light spray as you turn it and then wipe it off with a clean towel or t shirt.

Re: Pledge Uses

So how does Pledge work on the denim paints? Does it put a gloss on it?

Re: Pledge Uses

Never tried it on those paints. You're supposed to use windex on them.

Maybe try a small spot down low on the tank.

Re: Pledge Uses

Probably not much of a difference from the other type of Pledge. Shouldn't be a problem.

I use the multi surface and I think it may have a little more cleaning power. It shines just as good as the Lemon pledge.
