Re: Motorcycle Blow Dryer
I bought one of these Metro Air Force Blasters and it came with long hose and a bunch of attachments. It is 4 hp model but is just a blower and the warm filtered air dries bike really well and gets into all the small places leaf blower would never get into. ALSO, and this is a big plus, my neighbor came out while I was drying bike off and thanked me for not using the extremely noisy leaf blower that I used to use at 8 AM on a Saturday morning. This is much quieter and definately more effective. Well worth the money. "My local harley shop tried to sell me the pint sized portable version of this one for the same price that I paid for this full sized one. (and it didn't even have a bar and shield on it) ![]() |

Re: Motorcycle Blow Dryer
I have hard water, lotsa minerals and stuff, and was wondering if this would work well with that. If I dont towel dry the thing immediately, it will be covered with white spots.

Re: Motorcycle Blow Dryer
Call me cheap but I wash my bike with pumped well water. Then I use my electric leaf blower to dry off. My paint is nice and shiny and it is 20 year old OEM. Fossil

Re: Motorcycle Blow Dryer
I have a Air Shammy that has not been a very good investment. I have figured out that the motor comes loose inside and doesn't seal inside and thus looses its air volume and pressure. I have it set up now that I can open it up and remount the motor and it works fine after. The first unit I sent back under warranty and then the new unit screwed up and I couldn't contact Air Shammy which leads me to think they went under

Re: Motorcycle Blow Dryer
Hobbit, that is way to cool dude. We go from "bubble boy" to "bubble bike" The only place I've seen this is at Home Depot's Christmas display "Madd Biker" inflatible. U da man Hobbit, U da Man. Does it help with anything other than drying the bike?
