Re: posers/bikers fine line

If you're on 2 wheels, you're a biker. If you're on 3 wheels, you're a triker. If you're on 0 wheels, you're dead... or just don't care about the other 2.

+1

Been labelled all my life, and they've run the gammut. I still do what I choose to do, when I choose to do it. Call me what you will if it makes you feel better.

Re: posers/bikers fine line

I started riding when I was 9 on dirt bikes, had a few street/dirt but gave them up at around 17; 31 years later I bought a HD Sportster and fell in love with riding again. After 8,000 miles in 6 months on the Sportster I traded up to a Softail Custom and in the first year I had logged over 17,000 miles, this year will be even better. I ride with my local HOG friends and I ride alone, sometimes I get up before the sun and ride as it rises and sometimes I leave late and watch it set. I don’t wear a watch when riding and I don’t have a GPS because it doesn’t matter what time I get there, I usually don’t know where I was heading anyway. Does that make me a biker, who cares I’m having a blast and meeting some of the greatest people around.
