best wishes for the op,had mine done years ago,laid up for over 6 months,the surgeon said it was a real bad rip,said i could have done it while i was hang gliding,but its ok now,just dont rush it take it easy,

Good luck with your surgery. In my former place of work I was a recovery room nurse and rotater cuff surgeries were my specialty. I hope you have a really good doctor. The rehab will be very important. Your wife sure needs to baby you for about the first week, but then she'll need to crack the whip on you Keep us posted!

Well I'm home from the surgerey. Everything went good. Now the long process of healing the old body.
