Re: GOOD Dealers And Experiences
Orlando Harley Davidson Historic Factory Dealership off of I-4. I've bought three bikes from them, including my current 2007 UC. They just completed the 10k mile service on it. The bike came back, on time, with all of the work having been completed, everything buttoned up tight, my bags and tour pack contained all of my stuff right where I left it, and it had been cleaned and wiped down.
Everybody at that dealership from the sales, retail and office personnel, parts, customizing, and especially service, have been nothing but courtieous, accomodating, and ensure my needs have been met. I'd recommend them to anyone in the Orlando area who needs assistance on meeting their HD needs. |

Big Sky HD in Great Falls MT. These folks treat everyone very well. Sales, Parts and Service are all super helpfull and honest. I travel over 200 miles for services just for the friendly non pushing group they have there. I recommend them to anyone. Devon, Brian, Eric, and Trent have earned my business.

Re: GOOD Dealers And Experiences
Last Thursday I was headed out for an overnight ride with some friends, battery sounded like it was on it's last leg so I stopped at Gainesville HD to see if they could squeez me in. Long story short, took me right in changed the battery and had me back on the road in less than an hour. They only charged me for the battery, no labor. It doesn't get any better than that. Thanks Gainesville, Fl HD

Seaside Motorcycles - Ballina - NSW - Australia
Small, personal dealership. Good service department. Because they are small they will do a better deal to get your business. Buying a bike here is like joining their family. (and no, I don't have any connection to the dealership apart from purchasing my 09 there) Neil Australia |

Re: GOOD Dealers And Experiences
Steel City HD south of Pittsburgh...bought mine there and they've been great every time I've been back...never feel like I've been hosed.
Also the dealer in Sudbury, Ontario Canada. Forgot their name, but they did a minor repair for me while travelin thru last summer. I just showed up, they fixed it in the lot and didn't charge me a cent. |

Re: GOOD Dealers And Experiences
Cool Springs HD in Franklin Tn., just South of Nashville, traded bikes there, good folks to work with. Were willing to wheel and deal, something my local dealers didn't seem interested in doing. Whit them it was, there is or price, take it or leave it...

Re: GOOD Dealers And Experiences
Bristol Harley . Bristol, CT.
The dealership has changed owners in the last year or so.Huge difference!. A total different 'feel' from the moment one walks in. Friendly, ready and willingly to help with any and all aspects. It's little and big things that makes me know that THIS is MY dealership. They care about my purchases big and small. Service took care of me in the beginning of last Summer. Needed a rear tire. They got it in as quickly as possible and had it installed right away. Everyone friendly and trying their best to help. Today, I went for a ride, stopped and noticed I had lost my CB antenna. Called Bristol Harley, they not only had one, but when I picked it up, a service tech walked me out to help install it on the spot ( no charge although I gave him $10 as a gesture of thanks.). I've been looking for a place that is 'my' dealership. I found it. |
