Due recent new members who send message about can not post after sign up at HDTalking,we try to give a solutions for you.

Do step below if you have problem before emailing us.

1. Already registered but can not post in forum.
Before you activated your account you are not able to post in any forum.

Problem solution:
After you finish completed registration step,please login to your email to activate your account,how to do that attached in message confirmation that we send to you.

2. I am not receiving email confirmation to activated account.
Some email provider have filtered incoming email and sometime mark "good" message as spam.

Problem solution:
If you are using HOTMAIL,GMAIL,YAHOO or other FREE Email service,check out your BULKMAIL or JUNK MAIL if you are not found in your INBOX.
To prevent our next email not filtered as spam please mark our email address *@hdtalking.com as WHITE LIST EMAIL,so in the future you should receive our message into your INBOX.

3. I can not find confirmation in BULK MAIL or JUNK MAIL.
Are you sure have provided valid email address when doing registration?if so maybe your email server have slow respond to processing incoming message.

Problem solution:
Wait 10-15 minutes,if confirmation email are not coming within the time above,do login into your HDTalking account and resend confirmation once again or contact us if confirmation email doesnt arrived within 12-24 hours.

4. Why we dont have chance to choose step number 3 directly (contact us method).
You may choose and do step 3 directly

but we are not guarantee you will get response from our staff immediatelly,delayed our response to you should give you more time to waiting and loosing to chat soon with other members here.
