Riding with a big grin

Installed a set of Cycle Shack slip-on mufflers last Friday night. Replaced the stock Harley tapered ones, which with only a 1-1/4" I.D. sounded more like a Euro bike. Man, I was blown away when we went on a 200 miler Saturday. The sound was just what I wanted, but the increase in power thru all gears was unbelieveable. I haven't checked the numbers yet, but I know that my gas mileage has increased considerably too because of the miles I was able to go before refueling. My friends were laughing @ me, because I had a grin that covered my whole face. They also said it "Sounds like a Harley now.
It's great to feel good about your ride ('92 FXRS Lowrider, EVO 80)

Re: Riding with a big grin

Way to go, the CS mufflers are a good choice for sound. Very close to the old SE mufflers.
