New Pipes/Carb Jetting

I recently purchased a set of ThunderHeaders for my 84 FXR. I was wondering if anyone has a good starting point for rejetting the card. It is a butterfly carb still with factory specs. The only modification to it is it has an Andrews accelerator pump on it.

Thanks

Re: New Pipes/Carb Jetting

Are you planning on changing the air intake/filter system or making any other mods at this time?

Here is a link posted previously by Shifter with some good info that might help.

Re: New Pipes/Carb Jetting

I have a butterfly card not a CV. As far as the air intake, I am now running a K&N filter with the stock air filter housing. Do you think I should use something else? Any advice is really appreciated.
