pipe rattle

Hi guys,I have a fiarly minor problem,but I'm goosed if I can figger it out.I have SE slip ons,and the top one rattles,that is,the pipe clamp rattles against the pipe mounting braket.I've titened it as much as I dare,but it doesnt want to know.Also I've tried moveing it toward the muffler a little,but it still wontr titen enough to stop all the movement.Welding the thing on aside,any ideas I cvan use to fix the thing plkease????

How about loosening it and rotating the clamp enough to clear the bracket?
