WOW! I thought I was a chrome addict. I now know that at some point, I will have to say enough is enough. (not there yet).
The funny thing is, I hear, "That sure is shinny", much more than I hear "nice bike". Bikers may or may not compliment the bike. Non-bikers always mention the shinny-ness. It's almost like they are saying "don't you have anything better to do than polish that thing?". And yes, I DO have better things to do, but I'm ignoring them. |
