So here I am, benefactor for everyone's goodies, and now... official translator!

Seppo is the quaint Aussie term for us Yanks/Americans. Basically it's that we eat darn near anything, in such huge quantities (can I supersize that for ya?) that basically, we're walking septic tanks.

Go figure!

Joe, I'll try and help out here, but don't forget, this is mean't to be humourous, we Aussies mean no harm, and you are welcome to "give it right back at us"!! "Seppo" is basically what we call rhyming slang. Seppo, meaning an American, started out as "Septic tank" (rhymes with Yank), then shortened to "Septic", then shortened again to "Seppo".
Hope this clears up any confusion, and it's been nice knowing you all, I can see me getting banned for this........LOL...being an American forum, and all!
