Re: Grade Of Fuel Poll

I have only seen 91 at CA stations; usually buy from cheapest place. Right now that is around 3.57 a gallon.

Re: Grade Of Fuel Poll

I usually run 91 or 93 as well. (AR) Seems to cut down on the pinging.

Re: Grade Of Fuel Poll

use 93 oct. only...chevron does excellent and most of the chevron pumps in my area (southeast louisiana) have seperate hoses...don't like that 3 into 1 hose setup...don't know whats in that hose...

Re: Grade Of Fuel Poll

I usually run premium in my 1998 RK, but i just purchased a HD service manual and it advises to use "regular" leaded or unleaded of at least 87 octane. So why the push for premium?
