Hot high idle
I recently took my '06 Ultra Classic in for a 25,000 mile service and had a new fuel filter put in along with all fluids ( synthetic ). Also had a new primary chain tensioner pad put on. Now when I ride for a little while ( maybe 25 - 30 miles at steady 60/70 mph ) and start slowing down / downshifting at a red light or something, my engine stays idled up around 1200 / 1300 rpm. As soon as I come to a dead stop, the rpm's will drop back to normal ( 850 rpm's ). This does not happen just cruising around town even with the engine hot. All this did not happen before the service. Can anyone tell me what's going on?

Always run 91 octane ( absolutely no ethanol ) and still stock - no stg 1
