put a new set of plugs in start up and ride hard through four gears pull clutch and shut engine off...pull plugs...what is the color...black, dard brown, light brown or clear...advise we will go from that...

The plug chop method is not a good indicator of mixture since the tetra ethyl lead was removed from the fuel years back. What you see on the tip of the plugs now are the results of the additive packages in the fuel. Colors will change with brands in some cases.
