help with diagnostic code....

during a short ride today my check engine light came on along with my battery light, '07 heritage 2400 miles on it.
i reviewed tech tips(thank you for a great site!) the codes that came up were P0562 (low voltage...?). another code, B1125 came up as well.
can anyone shed some light?
do i need a new battery?
this winter i did use a tender to maintain the battery.
thanks for any help.

Re: help with diagnostic code....

Chances are being the battery light came on that you have a bad/loose connection on the battery. I would check them out with a 10MM wrench and snug them up. Being it's an 07 bike, the warranty should cover any bad parts like a regulator or stator.

B1125 code I believe is (HFSM) Left Turn Output Short to Battery and probably the reason you got the P0562 code also.

HFSM = Hands Free Security Module

It has to do with the security module and the left turn wire possibly shorted to it some way.
