IAT trouble code

I've been getting trouble code IAT sensor voltage open/high EFI. Is it possible this is due to oil residue on the sensor? I have a screamin' eagle stage I intake on my bike which vents oil back into the intake tract. thanks.

Re: IAT trouble code

Any contaminants on the sensors can give you bad readings. Even if you use a spray cleaner to clean it, you should let it dry before starting it up or it will set a code.
