Question Ignition Switch?

Please will someone recommend a source of supply for one replacement ignition switch?

Year/Model: 1989 HD Electric Glide.

Location: Amelia Island, (north east) Florida (south east Georgia area) USA

Google has not been my friend. Do not wanna do ebay, etc.

Questions?

Without knowing your switch type try this out...

The part # for the Electra Glide switch is, 71549-82A. the J&P switch shown above is for dash mounts,a replacement for 71501-73A.
Unfortunately the E-Glide switch is discontinued from the MOCO.

Is this similiar to your switch??
Harley Evo FLT FLHT Touring Ignition Switch W/Key VG NR - (eBay.ca item 140315773094 end time 26-Apr-09 00:06:57 EDT)

Check this out; Go to "Electrical" at the left, then click on switches and circuits you are looking for # 74 in the diagram

Thanks Caper for the information, big help. Yes, Caper, it does look similar to my switch (using my gross eye). I'm looking/checking into it!

I had no idea that one simple ignition switch could be so difficult to buy.

UPDATE: Woo Hoo! Ignition switich ordered! Again, Thanks for y'all's help!
